Hancock records six property transfers in July, only one with a disclosed price
Six property deeds were recorded in Hancock between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only one disclosed a sale price: a $390,000 condominium unit at 37 Corey Rd, sold July 17 by Georgina Michel Rodriguez and Juan Alberto Osorio Zuckermann to Denise and Jill M. Oakley. The other five transfers, including two acquisitions by Vacation Village in the Berkshires Owners Association Inc and a same-name transfer on Whitman Road, listed no consideration amount. With five of six deeds lacking price data, the available records do not support a broader read on market tone this period.
