Four property transfers were recorded in Hancock between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but none carried a sale price in registry data as of this report, so a price range and median cannot be determined this month. Transfers included 276 Brodie Mountain Road, 2790 Hancock Road, 2159 Hancock Road and one property listed without a street address. Two of the four transactions were on Hancock Road. One transfer involved Greylock Federal Credit Union as seller, and two involved resort-related entities. Missing prices typically reflect a registry reporting lag rather than nondisclosure, and figures may appear in coming weeks.
