The month's top recorded sale was 400 Rathbun Road at $1.3 million, sold by Paul A. Bikoff, who also purchased 194 Whitman Road for $642,500 the same day. Four of the eight transfers were recorded at a single address, 276 Brodie Mountain Road, involving Patriot Resorts LLC and Vacation Village in the Berkshires Owners Association Inc. With most prices not yet available, the period's overall market tone remains unclear from the data on hand.
