Two Of Eight Hancock Property Transfers Disclose Sale Price In August
Hancock recorded eight property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds records, but only two deeds disclosed a sale price. Those two sales ranged from $81,486 to $110,000, a median of $95,743. The period's highest disclosed sale was 37 Corey Road, which sold for $110,000 on Aug. 10 from seller Paul W. Mark to buyer Greylock Federal Credit Union. Four of the eight transfers involved Corey Road properties. The remaining six transactions, including sales on Mountainside, Country Inn and Brodie Mountain Road, did not list a price. With most consideration amounts undisclosed, the data offers a limited read on overall market tone this period.
