Those two sales ranged from $81,486 to $110,000, a median of $95,743. The period's highest recorded sale was 37 Corey Road, which sold for $110,000 on Aug. 10 from seller Paul W. Mark to buyer Greylock Federal Credit Union. Four of the eight transfers involved Corey Road properties. The remaining six transactions, including sales on Mountainside, Country Inn and Brodie Mountain Road, did not list a price. With most consideration amounts not yet recorded, the data offers a limited read on overall market tone this period.
